There is a 20% outside vendor fee added to the venue budget for any and all non-preferred vendors utilized at the venue (based on vendors’ invoice totals), inclusive of catering services, décor, AV, production elements, furnishings, and anything else brought into the venue specifically for the event. This fee is reduced to 15% for all venue preferred vendors utilized. There is NO additional service fee incurred when our preferred catering partner, the W Hotel Catering (attached to venue) is utilized for catering services.
